Payment Methods
At HoloVaultCards.com, we want to make checkout as simple, secure, and flexible as possible. The available payment methods may depend on your country, order value, device, currency, and the payment provider’s own rules.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
We currently support the following payment options:
- Credit and debit cards via Stripe
- Credit and debit cards via Transak
- Revolut Pay
- MoonPay
- PayPal via MoonPay, where available
- SEPA bank transfer via MoonPay, where available
- Paysafecard
2. Credit and Debit Cards
Customers can pay with normal credit and debit cards where card payment is available during checkout.
Depending on availability, card payments may be processed by Stripe or Transak. Accepted card types may include Visa, Mastercard, and other cards supported by the selected payment provider.
Card approval, verification, fraud checks, fees, and availability are handled by the payment provider.
3. Stripe
Stripe may be available for standard credit and debit card payments.
If Stripe is shown during checkout, you can use it to complete your payment securely with a supported card.
4. Transak
Transak may be available for credit and debit card payments and other supported payment options depending on your country.
If Transak is selected, you may be redirected to Transak to complete the payment. Transak may require verification, additional information, or compliance checks before approving a transaction.
5. Revolut Pay
Revolut Pay may be available for eligible customers and supported countries.
If Revolut Pay is selected, the payment is completed through Revolut’s payment flow. Availability and approval depend on Revolut’s own terms, supported countries, and security checks.
6. MoonPay
MoonPay may be available as a payment provider for selected payment methods.
Depending on your country and MoonPay’s availability, MoonPay may support payment options such as PayPal, SEPA bank transfer, cards, or other local payment methods.
MoonPay may require verification, identity checks, or additional information before completing a transaction.
7. PayPal via MoonPay
PayPal may be available through MoonPay in supported countries.
If PayPal via MoonPay is shown during checkout, the payment is processed through MoonPay’s payment flow. PayPal availability is not guaranteed for every customer, country, order, or device.
8. SEPA Bank Transfer via MoonPay
SEPA bank transfer may be available through MoonPay for supported countries and eligible orders.
SEPA payments can take longer than instant payment methods. Orders are only processed once the payment has been successfully received or confirmed.
9. Paysafecard
Paysafecard may be available as a payment option for selected customers and supported countries.
If Paysafecard is selected, the customer must complete the payment through the Paysafecard payment process. Availability, limits, approval, and possible fees are handled by Paysafecard or the relevant payment provider.
10. Payment Confirmation
Your order is only processed after the payment has been successfully completed, received, or confirmed by the payment provider.
If a payment is pending, delayed, cancelled, rejected, expired, or not fully completed, the order may remain unpaid and may not be shipped.
11. Provider Fees, Exchange Rates and Limits
Some payment providers may charge fees, apply exchange rates, set minimum or maximum transaction limits, or require additional verification.
These fees, rates, and limits are shown by the payment provider during the payment process and are outside the direct control of HoloVaultCards.
12. Verification and Security Checks
For security, fraud prevention, compliance, and payment approval, payment providers may request additional information from the customer.
This can include identity verification, billing verification, payment confirmation, or other checks required by the provider.
If the customer does not complete the required provider steps, the payment may fail or be cancelled.
13. Failed or Cancelled Payments
If your payment fails, expires, or is cancelled, your order will not be processed until a valid payment is completed.
If you experience payment issues, please try another available payment method or contact us with your order number.
14. Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will usually be sent back through the same payment method used for the original order, unless another legally permitted method is agreed.
Refund processing time may depend on the payment provider, bank, card issuer, or payment method used.
