These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through HoloVaultCards.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

2. Products
HoloVaultCards sells trading card game products, including sealed booster boxes, elite trainer boxes, collection boxes, single products, accessories, and pre-order items.
Product images, descriptions, release dates, and availability information are provided as accurately as possible. Minor differences in packaging, language version, product artwork, or manufacturer details may occur if the manufacturer changes product presentation.
3. Orders and Contract Formation
By placing an order, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the selected products. The order is accepted once we confirm the order by email or start processing/shipping the order.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is unavailable, the payment cannot be completed, the order information is incorrect, or there is a clear pricing or stock error.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices shown in the shop are final product prices. Additional shipping costs, if applicable, are shown during checkout before the order is placed.
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. The order will only be processed after the payment has been successfully received or confirmed.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer during checkout. The customer is responsible for entering the correct and complete shipping information.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination country, carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
If a package is returned to us because the customer provided an incorrect address, did not collect the package, or refused delivery without legal reason, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.
6. Pre-Orders
Pre-order products are items that are not yet officially released or not yet available for immediate shipping.
Release dates are based on information from suppliers, distributors, or manufacturers and may change. If a release date changes, the order will remain active and will be shipped once the product becomes available.
Customers may cancel a pre-order free of charge until the official release date of the product. After the official release date, cancellation is no longer possible if the order has already been processed, prepared for shipment, or shipped.
If a pre-order contains multiple products with different release dates, the order may be shipped once all products are available, unless otherwise agreed.
7. Returns, Sealed Products and Opened TCG Items
Most trading card game products sold by HoloVaultCards are sealed collector products. The original manufacturer seal, shrink wrap, security seal, box condition, and packaging are important parts of the product value.
Returns are only accepted if the product is returned complete, unused, unopened, and in the same sealed condition in which it was delivered.
If the original seal, shrink wrap, booster packaging, box seal, or product packaging has been opened, removed, damaged, or tampered with, the product may no longer be accepted as a normal return because the product value can be significantly reduced.
Opened booster packs, opened booster boxes, opened collection boxes, opened elite trainer boxes, opened displays, used accessories, and products with removed or broken seals cannot be refunded as new sealed products.
This does not affect the customer’s statutory rights if the product is defective, damaged on arrival, incomplete, or incorrectly delivered.
8. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
Consumers may have a statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which the customer or a third party named by the customer receives the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must contact us clearly by email: [email protected]
Products must be returned within 14 days after the withdrawal notice. The customer is responsible for the direct return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds may be withheld until the returned goods have been received or until the customer has provided proof of return shipment.
If returned goods show a loss of value because they were handled in a way that was not necessary to inspect the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, we may deduct the corresponding loss of value from the refund.
9. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Products
If a product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what was ordered, the customer must contact us as soon as possible at [email protected].
Please include the order number, a short explanation, and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping box.
Customer statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
10. Product Availability
All products are offered subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we may offer a replacement, wait for restock, or cancel and refund the affected item.
11. Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for providing correct contact, billing, and shipping information. The customer must make sure that ordered products can legally be imported, received, and owned in their country.
Any customs fees, import taxes, duties, or local charges outside Germany are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated during checkout.
12. Limitation of Liability
We are liable without limitation for damages caused by intent or gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, and where liability is mandatory by law.
For simple negligence, we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations. In such cases, liability is limited to typical and foreseeable damages.
13. Intellectual Property
All shop content, texts, graphics, logos, layouts, and designs on HoloVaultCards.com are protected by copyright and may not be copied or reused without permission.
All third-party trademarks, product names, trading card game names, and logos belong to their respective owners. HoloVaultCards is not affiliated with or endorsed by Pokémon, Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Wizards of the Coast, Disney, Ravensburger, Bandai, or other rights holders unless explicitly stated.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Germany. Mandatory consumer protection rights of the customer’s country of residence remain unaffected where legally required.
